AN OPPORTUNE TIME TO THINK BEYOND OUR TIMES:
GREEN CITY BUILDERS did come into existence on this very philosophy of, “ALWAYS THINK AHEAD OF IT’S TIMES”, which in larger context means a well defined projection through our Commercial & Residential building apartments.
This in turn benefited our customers and patrons who got the worth for their hard earned money. Our site-selection, planning, designs, architecture and final implementation of our dream projects gives you an idea as to how much of future visualization we have incorporated in our business of making homes and commercial establishments. Just one example to illustrate our point of view; our maximum residential cum-commercial buildings are located adjacent to Jafar Nagar, Where earlier such types of development was never thought of, Green City Builders brought a complete transformation in the fortunes of thousands of people inhibiting these areas Property rates have jumped-up, closed shops in other complexes have opened-up, constructions are coming up in other vacant plots which earlier were lying unused since years.
Other developers too have started showing interest in this area, which earlier was considered to be not too fancy. Such is the impact of Green City Builders & its properties which sell like gold.
Our intellectual command over future mobilization is what differentiates (separates) us from others.
We promise you, we will continue with the same passion, intelligence and a never-say-die attitude in searching you many such fabulous properties for residences & businesses alike.
One such project in our list of unending development is an idea taking shape in the form of “LAXMI REGENCY”. Encompassing development in an area close to 7-acres. When complete it would have Duplex, Bungalows, Row Houses, and Residential flats of luxurious & Semi-Luxurious nature, Commercial shops, Office Chambers, Shopping Malls, Club House, Swimming Pool, Garden and Hospital etc. It will be a 5-year developmental effort and the place is short listed close to Pavlotti Church, on the Ring Road, and work may begin soon.
We are on track towards its realization; our reputation of an on schedule builder is testimony enough in our assertion.
Having already gained enough with the blessings of my mother, who’s untiring prayers for my & Green City Builder’s continued success; I feel it is my duty to give back something, to that strata of society which is considered economically weaker. In this regard Green City Builder’s is committed sooner then expected to work out a “Multi-Flat & Multi-Residential” scheme exclusively for such needy citizens irrespective of class, creed or religion. These low-cost housing would be developed strictly on non-monetary-gain basis. This Philanthropy on my part, Insha-Allah, is in recognition to my beloved mother whose prayers are solely responsible for bringing Green City Builders to this level of professionalism and success.
The task at hand though is both difficult and challenging, and yet with the continued support of my customers and patrons, both old and new. I am sure to surpass it with flying colours.
Another vision which, I hold for the company is to make it accountable through public participation. It is as yet just a vision, who knows tomorrow it may fructify and make Green City Builders a name among achievers.
